From Medicine to Nutrition: A Path Fueled by Purpose

I graduated as valedictorian of my medical school class in Vietnam — a proud moment that marked years of hard work. While many expected me to pursue a traditional medical specialty, I chose a different path: nutrition.

Why? Because I believe — with all my heart and based on strong scientific evidence — that food is medicine. Our future lies in prevention, and I wanted to be part of that shift.

Why Fertility Nutrition?

What drew me in most was early-life nutrition — a space where joy, science, and long-term impact come together.

I’ve seen people who struggled for years to have a baby, even after repeated ART attempts, finally succeed with the right nutrition and lifestyle support. But it doesn’t stop at conception. Helping couples build healthy habits before pregnancy is about shaping the next generation — because children learn from their parents.

Building Something Bigger

Even with the security of a hospital job in Australia, I couldn’t ignore the gap I saw — both here and back home in Vietnam — in accessible, high-quality fertility nutrition services. Creating this service takes effort, but it’s my passion and my mission. I believe in transforming how people prepare for parenthood — not just for their own journey, but for their future children too.

A Little More About Me

I love moving my body and clearing my mind through running or swimming. On quieter days, I enjoy curling up with a good book — whether it’s about nutrition, psychology, and personal growth, as well as the occasional novel for pure joy.

On weekends, my partner and I love discovering new places to eat and exploring different cultures through food and travel.

You’ll find some of those moments in the photos and videos below — from my graduation ceremonies to little snapshots of everyday joy.
